I Have been going here for years,but my last order of Shrimp Egg Foo Yung was not good the steamed rice was had lumps of rice in... it.This is just not the usual...They must have a new person cooking. The shrimp was mushy and has peices of shrimp differentsizes in the Egg Foo Yung, it was not firm the way it usually is. This is the only place I know that can cook Egg Foo Yungthe old school way. When i use to eat it at Gee's Chinese Restaurant on Airline back in the early 1980s.
