So I haven't eaten at chipotle for a few years, the last time was in Colorado. Now I remember why I haven't been eating at a... chipotle. To start I always get my burrito in a bowl. The tortilla that used to come with it is now an added .60cents. whichwouldn't be bad if the tortilla was fresh and edible. This experience is not just one time. This review is based off of 2visits and $38.00. each visit cost a little over $19.00. What I ordered was a burrito in the bowl. With a tortilla on the side.I asked them to drain the juice off my beans as much as they could, I got shredded beef and again asked them to try to drain asmuch juice as they could. I got a small drink and my total was over $19.00. not a big deal. I grabbed my fork filled my drinkand went to my table, both times I mistakenly grabbed a fork and both times I had to go back and get a spoon. It was more likea burrito soup, and kinda tasteless. I understand that Chipotle is cracking down on people ordering a taco and adding extra sides free of charge. However, it is not... a good business practice to charge people extra when they paid for a regular price burrito bowl and ask to get some of thesalsas and sour cream on the side. It is bad customer service to tell your paying customers that it is extra to have sides thatthey are already entitled to have because they are not adding it inside the burrito. Chipotle has always been good to me but y?all are stingy with your servings. Barely put any rice in the bowl, always super heavy... on the beans, and very stingy with the protein that we are paying for. It shouldn?t be us asking for extra everything as we gothrough the line Read more

It's very unattractive and unpleasant when the servers behind the line are literally throwing the food in the bowl. Y'all need... to realize that this is food that another person, a PAYING customer THAT IS GOING TO EAT THE FOOD!!!! Seeing the food literallybeing thrown into the bowl is very unprofessional. I realize your employees probably don't care much but it would be nice to beserved professionally instead of having the food thrown into a bowl.
