It wasnt even busy, i walk up to the counter where both employees were literally at the food counter and it took at least 45... seconds to get greeted even after one of them literally made eye contact. Kimberlyn was the most rude grumpy manager/ cashier, dry attitude , mono tone like hurry up I?m inconveniencing her as our order... is taken, I go to pay look up she?s gone , not a single word and I don?t even have all my order , but she can smile from adistance to the line worker when making smart comments, the entire restaurant had trash on the floors and trash cans haven?tbeen changed the entire day with no clean tables and no place for trash and it wasn?t after a normal rush hour either, the pintobeans and black beans literally looked they sat the entire day so it did not look like food was being turned out , had no redsalsa , no chicken , like dirty empty bins as if filled once for the day and that?s it, I?m upset to even spend the inflated 60$on such a bad experience, I will never ever go to this location again, we come to the galleria for LV and Chanel and willdefinitely be skipping them- I would look for new management I?m just saying ..I was a fool to see the product , accept thedemeanor and even stay and eat but it?s my sons favorite place, I can?t explain in words how bad it was Read more
