Came to this location around 3 pm and it was super dirty. Not a single clean table. They were out of guacamole and not making... more, plenty of staff to do so. The food was cold. Had to ask them to clean a table and restock napkins. Got ugly looks from thegirl they said was a shift manager. Closest chipotle to me but won't be returning. Lots of training and work needed. I?m so surprised at this is a new location. It is extremely dirty. One of the workers had picked up something off the floor and... then attempted to make our food. She never changed her gloves. ???? Very pleasant staff, food good, quick service. Carnitas were a bit fatty. One bowl had white rice when we asked for brown. ... Tables need cleaning. I'll be going here instead of the Willowbrook one from now on. Also notice they had a drive-thru that'spretty awesome. Read more

Dirty, Dirty and unprofessional. The person working the ?digiérale order? kept walking back and forth with the phone in his... ear, talking personal business and I know because I speak spanish. He was not eating gloves and was touching food, counters,containers. The food line girl was so rude, I mean she could not get us out of there any faster. My burrito looks like a wrap.WORST PART the kitchen was disgusting. Dirty gloves all over the floor. Trash over flowing the kitchen work station. For a newrestaurant it is truly disappointing! And is not that they were packed back to back. Even flies on the food. ????????????Oh ontop manager is rude, when called to let them know one of my items were missing and by the way let her know the state of therestaurant she said oh well call corporate?.
