Customer service was good. The chicken was not. Due to supply issues they were missing multiple chicken parts. This I understood... and it wasn't a problem, but the chicken itself did not taste fresh and tasted as though it had been sitting in cooking oil andnot fried thoroughly either. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They gave me yesterday?s fried chicken today around 1pm, the chicken was stale not crunchy... COLD and NO FLAVOR. They did not have change and this is the second time that I pass by and that happens. NEVER GOING BACKAGAIN! I suggest you don?t either. Worst experience ever this place needs to be shut down ASAP.
