Just left this place and the 2 bartenders were very rude. Brittany and Estella. My friend ordered a French 75 with Estella . She... obviously didn’t know what the drink was (which is ok) however when my friend asked her what she put in the drink , because ittasted nothing like a French 75 she literally described a French connection (with an attitude ) on top of that the receipt saidFrench connection which confirms that is the drink she made. So instead of my friend even going back and forth with her shecalled over a guy that was behind the bar and asked him what was in a French 75 and a French connection just to confirm. Whilehe was describing the difference in the drinks the original bartender came behind him making faces obviously with an attitudeand rolling her eyes . Then the other girl Brittany started talking . Both being rude. Moral of the story, the bartender madethe wrong drink and instead of just making the right one or even asking if my friend wanted another one she just carried on withher rude attitude. So I’m sure it seemed as if we ordered a drink and didn’t like the way it tasted and started complaining.When actuality YOU MADE THE WRONG DRINK ! !! The guy who assisted was nice and he actually made her a French 75. But those twowomen need some training. Customer service training and an attitude check. The free parking and free entry is what made this aconvenient place to come but after this experience I’ll never spend another dollar in there . And I don’t advise any womento go either because female bartenders tend to be more rude towards other women but love to smile in ever man face as if wedon’t tip as well. I can’t Remember our waitresses name, but we had a section for my cousins birthday. Baby I had Mimosa Flights they were... perfect and I did take flight once they were gone. I ordered the chicken and waffles, the chicken was amazing, seasoned andfried to perfection. Now the waffles what was in the batter Cinnamon ion know buit was great. I was visiting from out of town and went there with a group of 12. They were out of a few food and drink options I wanted but... the food I did order was good. The service was very slow without the place being packed. A word of advice please bring cash!!!My bill was close to $150 and I paid with my card. I was told they needed an ID for anything over $100. I gave my ID thinkingthey were going to verify the name but the transaction was taking very long. My Uber was outside so I went over to the bar wherethey were closing out the bill and they were copying down my entire ID! I am not a very confrontational person by nature but mygut is telling me I should not have allowed them copy any information from my ID! I hope no “funny business” is involved. Servers ignore you. Hookah people ignore you. We had to speak with a manager to even get service and not that many people were... there. Would definitely NOT recommend. Me and a girl friend of mine were here on October 15th for my birthday around 11-11:30p.m. Our drinks had to be comped due to our server being inattentive the entire time. We had to ask another server who ourserver even was only to find out that it was the server who had walked past us several times. Then when our drinks had to becomped due to the negligence of our server she never came back to the table at all. Not even to apologize. The only professionalones were the middle eastern gentleman that walks around and the manager who comped us. Please train your staff better. No oneshould have to get a section to get quality service.
