Ordered online delivery. Time suggested it would be around 25-35 minutes. 638 I see my pizza has been taken out and inspected.... Still nothing on delivery came 715 call office to be told by an automated answer still waiting on the driver to pick up myorder. 717 get a call back my delivery driver has just picked up my order and is now heading to me. I was told it would be 20minutes and offered to cancel my order (no I'm starving and have been waiting on my food). The delivery driver calls (I live inan apartment) and tells me he will be in the front. I then have to go all the way to the front of the apartments to pickup myorder. I ended up with warm pizza. I'm new to Houston but I've never had to walk to get my food delivery. The only positive wasthat my order was correct. Read more
This dominos is always on point. Always super quick service. Pizza and other items (like wings and desserts) are always cooked... perfect. One time they made a mistake on my order and they gave me 2 extra pizzas on the house ???? Read more
Ordered a cheese steak pizza completely burned, barely any steak no peppers or onions. BBQ chicken pizza also burned and the... driver got tipped. Called in to let them know and they offered no help basically. Just lost a customer of 10 years. And they sayquality checking your pizza shame on the cook the manager and the driver.
