Extremely rude employees and manager. Hung up on me when I told them 5 times that the number for the Ella store calls the Cullen... store. Manager told me to call Domino?s instead of him calling dominos to fix it. I get it. They pay managers $13 an hour, sowhy should they care about giving good service to the customer?? This is the second time they mess up my order I always hope it'll be better everytime I order here but it just gets worse . My... order was ready for pick up I arrive just for them to tell me I have to wait for them to redo my pizza all over again for whatreason I have no idea ! Babeh!!!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT NOBODY SAY, THIS MY STORE especially when NICOLE & JUSTIN got the kitchen and the delivery service... ROCK'N! LOL All i'ma say is when it comes to a Domino's Pizza....I'MA HAVE IT LOL!!!!! And I dont want it if NICOLE ain't in thekitchen on the pizza 1's & 2's, and JUSTIN in the whip getting it to me quick OKAY!!!!!! I really do love the 2 of yall togetherat the store. Everytime I order and the screen says, "Nicole has began prepping your order." You have no idea how happy I getwhen she's in the kitchen. Not to mention TAZ MANIAN JUSTIN LOL!!!! He always gets my order to me hot and safely lol. I watchedhim on the Domino's map, he had 2 delivery orders before me, and when I say he had that little Domino's symbol moving baby, hewas moving on that map. I mean every stop he made, he was only there for no more than 30 seconds lol. When he pulled up he wasjammin for real and my food was hot, and I mean HOT OK lol. He is always the sweetest, and always has a smile. My favoritedelivery guy, DOORDASH AIN'T GOT S*** ON JUSTIN LOL. I got in the house opened the box to see all of NICOLE'S beautiful skillsand pizza glory, and when I say that, I mean no greasy pizza, toppings...perfect, and box hot and fresh. Her pasta was sobang'n, when I opened the top, it was still sweat'n and steaming LOL!!!! I ordered pizza for delivery and the driver was new and could not find my location. I don't understand why a company would be in... a delivery business and can not follow directions to deliver. I received a call from a young lady at Dominos Pizza that thedriver could not find my location and the address I gave was not the address to my business. I told her I gave the correctaddress which is located at the back of the company. I told her that I would have to drive around the block to the front of thebuilding to get it. She said with an attitude yes, I would have to go where my main office is to pickup my order or cancel myorder because he cannot find the location. This company in the past have delivered to my business many times before but, becausethe driver was new, I could not receive my pizza. Not good service at all.... Read more
