I gave a 1 star because you have to select at least 1. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was definitely required.... Ordered a pizza for delivery and used a credit with portion to be paid upon delivery. They did not tell me there was no driverto deliver. I waited for over an HOUR for the pizza, then called to talk to someone (manager) and she/he wouldn't come to thephone. Waited over 15 minutes for them to talk to me. Never did. I had to have someone else call and tell them to cancel theorder, they said it was already cancelled. My person asked for the manager and the person on the phone said they were themanager. So they were asked their name and the person wouldn't give it. Will NEVER order from here again. It is literally 3minutes from my house but I will drive 20 min to go somewhere else! Read more
One of their slowest stores around. I would have given 3 stars but the customer service was terrible. I ordered online 40m for... the turn around. Let me just say this young people, if you hate your job and you do not like what you do. Find something thatmakes you happy. To the young lady that reluctantly helped me. You call and they never answers the phone, I mean how hard is it to pick up phone? At 10:45 someone finely answer and they said... the manager is not here call back. Whoever is managing that location is not doing a good job at all. Read more
