Walked in and my presence wasn?t acknowledged even though I was standing directly in front of the female cashier.If I didn?t say... excuse me the person in the front wouldn?t have said anything. Placed a carry out order for the next day, was a little nervous based on reviews, but much to my surprise, the pizza was ready... and fresh (hot) when I picked it up. I'm guessing most of the bad reviews are due to driver shortage, but I could be wrong. Myexperience was great thought and I will be ordering from them again. Read more

I normally don?t review chain restaurants because what?s the point but this location deserves it. We tried to order over the... phone, I guess when you call a location it just sends you straight to a call center now. The person taking my order had a veryhard time understanding how to spell my name and I tried to correct them multiple times. They kept trying to charge my card eventhough I told them the name was incorrect and it kept declining. It declined 5 times and shut down my credit card all becausethey couldn?t slow down and listen to what I was spelling for them and double checking before charging. They then transferred meto the store itself and I explained to them the situation and asked to order. They then transferred me back to the call center.I hung up and then proceeded to order online and found out my order online was nearly $15 more than what they were trying tocharge me over the phone. Then the ?contactless? driver had me walk down stairs and to the street for my order and then asks fora tip. Read more
