I arrived at this establishment btw 8:11 pm and 8:15. I saw at the speaker for a few minutes and no one ever answered. So then I... drove to the window and knocked on the window. I was told by the lady that they were close due to being short staff. She saidit?s only two people here. I said how many people does it take to make sandwich. I also stated to her that I?m aware of themdoing this all the time. She said I?m sorry but everything has been shut down. I okay that?s fine. I then asked for her toprovide me with the corporate office number or a district managers contact info. I want to see if they?re aware of the storesetting their own operation hours. She said, hold on one second. She then returns to the window and said, ?we can take yourorder.? I said that?s funny. I do plan to make it my business to contact corporate in the morning. Read more
Note owner/manager: I hope you're not aware and by writing this you will be made aware of the issue. I arrived at your store and... both doors were locked at 7:30 (No note on the door "sorry we're understaffed tonight please use the drive thru") whatever thereason if there is one) As I'm writing this sitting out front of your store 7 people have walked to the door and been turnedaway or pointed to use the drive thru. Not all of them did use the drive thru (including myself). This is not the first timestaff have closed the dining room early so it is the reason for my review. As a business owner myself I'm glad that yourbusiness is doing well enough for you to allow your staff to turn away customers. Since Covid this location has struggled tomeet the minimum expectations for any firehouse location. Read more
First time I've ever eaten at a firehouse subs, and it did not disappoint. Just got turkey but gotta admit way better then most... sub places I've been too over the years. Staff was pretty friendly as well. Read more
Disappointing to drop by for a late dinner at 7:30 and only after paying for our large sub and two regular drinks, then going to... fill our cups did we discover they had already stopped serving tea for the night. They close at 9pm, we were told that they hadjust ran out however there was no sign of a tea dispenser and the counter had already been wiped clean. After a mild push backby my husband we were offered a refund on our drinks. He chose to switch to a diet drink and I chose the refund. The workerswere not rude but definitely not pleasant, this was not our fault and was completely within their control at the point ofordering by simply informing customers that they were no longer serving tea for the night!
