Breakfast here was okay. Their coffee is damn good?bold and strong. I had the ham and Gruyère omelette. At first my order was... mixed up with the ham and Gruyère sandwich, but they soon fixed the mistake. The omelette was good, but my bf?s order of thebreakfast tacos were much better. I?m not much of a breakfast person but I have to say I LOVED this place. I?ve been to the one on Katy Fwy and I honestly don?t... remember much about the visit nor did I care to go again. This time was much different. Not only because of the food, but theservice as well. Our server Dario was on point. He was attentive, made great suggestions on what to order and had an all aroundgreat personality. He made my daughters 17th birthday brunch a great one! For this being a chain, I'm quite impressed with the flavors and the presentation. I came in mother's day with family and... although it was a long wait, we were taken care of so well by our waitress. My aunt is very selective about food because she'srecovering from cancer and she likes coming here because of the healthier options. My cereal milk drink with rum and cold brewwas a fascinating concoction, made to sweet perfection. My frittata was delish, but the only complaint I have is that thepotatoes could have been a bit less salty. Other than that it is a great place to have a semi healthy breakfast. Really 3.5 stars... Staff was extremely friendly, above and beyond. The food was good, but surprisingly small portions. My... biggest concern and the only reason for the missing star ???? is the horribly tasting water. It even smelled badly. Pleaseinvest in a filtration system. I don't think I can go back until that's fixed. Read more

Our waitress was the best. Hadn?t eaten at an FW in a couple of years in Fairfield. It seems like not all locations have the... same thing. This location was very posh and almost upscale on the menu.
