They put a 'reserved' mark on 60% of their parking lot. They have a secirity guard kicking out truckers and forcing them to pay... for parking. Greed has taken over this location. Most of the lot is empty as a result. Most truckers can't afford to pay forparking. Absolutly disgusting move against drivers. Read more
Don't stop here if you have to use the bathroom. Seriously, this is a public service announcement. I have never seen a truck... stop close the bathrooms at the busiest time of the morning. Flying J should consider closing this location down. In fact, thiscomplaint will be sent to corporate as soon as I get back to my computer. A truck stop with no bathroom is completelyunacceptable. Paid for the parking but when I arrived I was ignored when trying to obtain my receipt to place in my window, waited a few... minutes but felt stupid just waiting there and finally gave up and returned to my truck to get some sleep. I wasn't worriedabout it since I provided my truck information including my company name, color of my truck and my truck number when making thereservation. It turns out I was wrong and apparently the employees are too lazy to take the time to check out the reservationlist (like every other pilot, flying j does to ensure they don't wake anyone who paid) and woke me up after I was only asleepfor a few hours just to be told that they would check and see if I have actually paid for the spot. Why not do that in the firstplace instead of waking someone up? It's absolutely ridiculous that I get ignored and harassed later on in the day. I'm goingto have to drive tonight on just a few hours of sleep because for the life of me I wasn't able to go back to sleep after I wasawaken so rudely. I will never come back here again and will be seeking a refund. Read more
102 Prime Spots and every one is filled at 11am and forget about the free spots That's not drivers who need a spot until... tomorrow morning that's lazy clowns who use this as their parking for home time and when they pull the truck out they put apersonal vehicle in the spot but the security guard wants to harass me for parking along the curb out of the way.
