Went here last night for some catfish with seasoned fries, boudin balls, fried cheese cake, funnel cake, with lemon pepper wing... with the H-Town Koolaid which is oh so good by the way. I have been eyeballing this place for a hot minute. It does give offthat carnival vibe when going in and the food was hot fresh and awesome. They?ve catered a few birthday parties and events for us and friends, and each time they are an awesome big hit with the kids... and adults too! Such a variety of fun food! I had the strawberry cheesecake funnel cake. It was good. The issue is the time between ordering and receiving the food. It was... a 45 minute wait. The young lady was pleasant and fixed my order. A little unorganized but I think but it seems like it's a newbusiness. I will definitely come back. Read more
Food was delicious. Everything hot and fresh. Recommend the boudine balls, catfish and fried cheesecake. Ambience was not my cup... a tea. The music was mostly unfiltered rap. They had a huka set up in the front with the whicker lounge sofas instead of tables.Actually started coughing from the smoke. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would have a 5 if they were more organized.Seems to be catered to pick up rather than dine in. They didn't have utensils and seriously felt like we showed up when theyweren't ready for customers.
