I love Pho locations. This place is by far one of the best on Westheimer. I work closer to Dairy Ashford and I do not mind... driving for delicious food. I always stick to the chicken noodle soup and and pork sandwich, and it is delicious! and veryaffordable, other places on Westheimer charge above 15-16 dollars Read more
Let's start off with the fact that there was a ROACH in my pho ???????????? then the old dude was extremely rude ????????????... acted like it was no big deal and he'll just make me some more pho "oh, it's just on the lid. I used to be a regular here but I hadn't been in a couple months. Today right after I ordered I saw half a dozen german... cockroaches on the wall and window next to our table in the dining area! I got up, canceled my order and left immediately. Donot eat here until they clean up! This review matches others from past month, complaining about roach infestation, so its a)real and b) something they should have taken care of by now. Read more
It?s been about six weeks since the last time I?ve been to this restaurant. Today I was truly disappointed. I love the curry... chicken bahn mi and went there today to get one. There was barely any chicken curry on the role, no curry sauce, one tinysliver of jalapeño, about a teaspoon of carrots and 3-4 cilantro leaves ? ? truly disappointing. It certainly was not worthwhat I spent. I asked for hot tea and was given a half a pot of tea where as before the part was always full of hot water. Italmost appears as though they?re trying to save as much money as possible ? ? but the price went up a bit. I think thisrestaurant is coming off my favorite list. Read more

If I could leave a review with no stars, I would ! I decided to try this place because it had good reviews and it?s a block... away from my job but it was the worst idea. I decided to order online for pickup and when I went to pick it up the guy looked atme and said what did you need and I said I?m here to pick up an order and he said there weren?t any orders then he found andtold and just handed it to me and walked away, I asked him if there was sauce in the bag and he said everything was in there andwalked away again . Got in my car looked in the bag , NO SAUCES ! went back in and told him and he gave me the smallestcontainer of sauce. And I was walking out he said if I can put that I picked up my order ? I didn?t know what he meant. Soanyways I get back to work and I?m finally going to try the food , the spring rolls were the worst I?ve ever tasted from anyVietnamese restaurant, so I didn?t care to eat them . Moving on to my chicken vermicelli (hoping it would be better ) it was notgood either , it was a weird texture and the chicken tasted weird .
