This place was next to my hair salon so I thought I would give it a try. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor of the food. The brisket... was a little drier than what I prefer, but the flavor was good. The ribs also had a good flavor. I really enjoyed the broccolicasserole. Read more
Had some great bbq from them. Never had their bbq before and it was pretty great. Got the 2 meat plate with sausage and brisket... for the meat and Mac and cheese and green beans for the sides. Highly recommended. I’ll be going back soon. Read more
Out with a Friend. Asked me, what about Lunch today. Me: Barbecue! And so here's where We landed! Delicious! Really good... portions! Lunch line ordering. Sit down meal. Plenty of space! Possibly one of the most underrated barbecue places in Houston. This place delivers every single time I go. Not to trash any... other top rated Houston spot but this place does everything exceptionally. Smoked meats, BBQ sauce, sides, sandwiches… I’veyet to try something I didn’t enjoy. I’ve read, researched, and eaten every top BBQ in Houston and they are all wonderfulbut there’s always something missing. Houston Barbecue Company never gets mentioned (perhaps the generic name) but the food,entertainment, and staff are just better. Read more
