Waited at the speaker for over 7 minutes, no one in front of me. Went to the window, where I saw employees sitting, and not... doing anything. Finally one of them noticed me waiting at the window, I was polite, and said I think the speakers broken, I waswaiting for awhile, they apologized, took my order, then had me drive to the front of the store to wait on my food, where I thenwaited another 10 minutes?
