We eat at this location once a week and every time we go they are always out of products. Rosemary Parm bread, Jalepeno chips or... cookies or only bacon crumbles left. WORLD CLASS service from Jacob, Jalen and Nathan (give all 3 of them promotions ASAP - THEYRE CONERSTONE EMPLOYEES!!) ONLY... sandwich shop in a 15 mile radius that's clean, STAYS OPEN UNTIL CLOSING TIME (side note showed up 4 minutes past closing timeand Jacob, Nathan and Jalen stopped what they were doing to get me taken care of). If you want a sandwich you're wasting yourtime going to any other location than this one. We ordered subs. Had coupons for a previous mistake. Order was supposed to be ready at 619 20 and 621. Since it was for 3... different people and i had the app I ordered. First we were told not to make 3 orders for 1 person pick up. And it went downhillfrom there. All 3 subs were a different size. 2 were the same. 1 was different. The 2 same didn't have the same amount of meat.Yes i know it's all portioned but it wasn't. The other had the wrong bread and mushrooms for someone allergic. I called. Nosupervisor no manager. A girl who said she was the lead answered. Claimed I yelled when I didn't. My phone also records calls sothere's that. Then hung up. Called back from 805 till 855 all calls ignored. We order JM 2 to 3 times a week and know what toexpect from the hwy6 and 529 location. This was far inferior. Plus the attitude was ridiculous. I was told Allen owns thislocation.
