I?m loved this modern Sushi restaurant. We visited quite a few revolution sushi restaurants while we lived on the West Coast.... But have not found any good ones here. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but couldn?t because of quality of the Sushi rice.To me most of the pieces broke off and the rice was too dry. It didn?t stick together. Fish quality was decent, but thepresentation could use an improvement. Overall great concept and I will bring my family here to try. Loved their robot deliveryof my drink. Also the conveyor to your table is fantastic. I wanted to encourage the owner/manager just to make a fewimprovements and this will definitely be one of the best sushi places in Houston Read more

Why I like Kura Sushi - Fresh ingredients that does not come with MSG, preservatives, artificial ingredients. Sushi plates on... its conveyer belts are covered. Can eat once seated (as the conveyer belt is right in front of you). For popular items, ratherthan waiting for the conveyer belt to do its rounds, can order on the computer above your seat and the sushi will be deliveredto your seat via another conveyer belt. Sushi plates are $2.90 each, making decision easy. Lots of selection, from pure sushito creative nigiri and rolls. Also have a good dessert offering. Only downside is very limited sake selection and BYOB is notallowed. That is understandable, its model is fun sushi, quick table turn, and not an izakaya. Tips: Self check out ispossible when restaurant is busy, there is no need to wait for service. For sushi lovers, can join their loyalty program (earn$5 for every $50 spent). Read more
