Ordered Picada (beef&pork platter) for 2. Not only it packed with overly done fried stuff, its also taste imcredibly bland. We... ended up walking out with sore jaw from chewing all those hard meat and carbs. Wont be back. Read more

La Fogata is my favorite Colombian restaurant in Houston. I've been coming here for over 10 years with my father and with... friends. The bandeja montañera is still a fantastic value for lunch and the food tastes just as great as I remember! The soupsare very hearty and filling as well! The service can be a bit on the slow side, but it's almost always a full house when I comehere so that's understandable. Read more
For 5 years now, the food is still the same and hasn't changed one bit. They have expanded the dining area and that scared me at... first because most of the time when a restaurant remodels, the taste of the food changes. BUT...... The food is still as amazingsince my first time, my favorite appetizer, empanada, I always have to order at least 2 (Only for me). I've tried most of theirmain dishes and they have not disappointed me, all of the dishes are yummy! Read more
