If I could give more stars, I definitely will rate them with more. We have an amazing experience in our Grandmother 80's... birthday. The staff and everyone in the place made our celebration be so perfect! We reserved the private room and when wearrived it was organized, cleaned, and prepared for us. I had asked cashier for cup for water to go, she grabbed the cup by her finger on the inside of cup (common mistake) I then... asked for her to give me new cup and explained why. She began to deny that she touched inside with finger, I am not sure why shewent back and forth with me. Simply give the customer another cup and you would think with less attitude. I filled my drink andneeded a top. I asked same young lady for top and she said with attitude I had to wait so she can get gloves because I did notwant her to touch my cup... This was obviously all attitude at this point. Not only this happened but as I'm looking up waitingfor lid I see line cook unhook mask and put food in their mouth as we locked eyes. What happened to the tomato basil soup and the balsamic chicken? I'm not even convinced the new balsamic chicken even has... balsamic on it. Please change the recipes back to the originals. I've waited to write this review hoping it was just a temporarything but the new chicken is terrible, same for the soup. I've been eating at La Madeleine since the Woodway location opened andthis is not the quality of food they are known for, especially considering how much their prices of gone up. Read more
