I've been in twice the past week. I'm an English only speaker. I studied Spanish but not good enough. The employees are so nice... and today customers helped me communicate. I got baked goods today plus 2 fajita plates. They allow me to get veggies instead ofbeans. We will try the beans next time. The Mexican rice is very good. Unacceptable service from cashier! On my way to a country outing on Sunday morning, I stopped at this place to purchase a few... items (meat and other grilling ingredients), thinking it would be a quick stop and then be on my way. However, when I went tocheck out it was nothing quick and easy... the only cashier at that moment wash chatting with another customer, and would notassist me with my purchase. When I asked if there was a problem, she said that the person she was talking with had no money topay for her groceries and that they were waiting to get money, somehow; I have no Idea what or how they were supposed to getmoney and pay the balance. I asked the cashier to simply cancel that person's order and check me out so that I could be on myway... she refused and said that she could not do that. Then I asked if how long would I need to wait? To which which she wouldnot say how long and would not even try a way to resolve the issue. She acted as if though she could not do anything; was rudein her responses, and would not try to find a way to assist with my purchase... until, maybe after at least 15 minutes, thementioned customer realized she had some cash and was able to pay for the few items she was buying. It was then, and the onlyway I was able to finalize my purchase and get away from there. I think this was my last time I do business at this place...The cashier may be the owner, or simply the owner's relative, but she does not seem to have a good customer service attitude;she is very rude!!!
