My mom bought a few items there, when she got home, she was missing 1 of them, she went back to get it, when she asked the... cashier for it she called the manager, and the manager said my mom took it. Be advised if you shop here you will not be able to return or refund anything even if you have a receipt after 24 hours of... purchase, this is not listed anywhere including on their receipts but you'll find this out when you go into the store and wasteyour time. The service here is terrible and until it is fixed they have lost me and anybody else who I tell. I have contactedthem regarding this matter, I will update when and if they fix this issue or at the very least post their policies on theirreceipt. Read more
This morning I went and bought cheese and meat. After leaving I called ro let the manager know the meat was not in the bag, he... said the cashier left for the day and its my responsibility to check everything is in the bag. Over $13.00 worth of meat andbecause the cashier is in training he refuse to replace the meat. As I checked my bags and opened the cheese, it smelled bad.Cheese is no good they keep selling the product so once you leave the store its your fault for not checking it.
