The service is not the best, but it has been degrading. This place has always been understaff and most of them are being... overworked. I never had a bad experience with them, but I have some small mishaps with them but nothing too critical. The pizzathey served to the customer are decent, good enough for a cheap quality pizza. But sometimes the pizza I would order would beeither too doughy, contains an unacquired taste, or even the pizza is not fresh - tasted dull. But it is a hit or miss, as Ihave received good pizza some times. Also, I have noticed that the inside is not as clean. Some areas are covered in dust andnobody has really seem to notice them. Not sure if it's unsanitary for customer but I find this very unsatisfactory. Yeah, ifyou want to get a decent cheap pizza, this is the place but honestly there are other options around some parts of Stafford andfew more in Sugar Land if you want to take the extra drive. Ordered the Detroit Deep Dish and I got what looked like either two mini pizzas stretched out that didn't even fit in the pan or... just some really old dough. DO NOT, go to this little Caesars on Wilcrest!! I ordered a pizza for delivery, WELL 8 minutes from it being delivered it... mysteriously cancelled!! I called the store and you cannot get through to talk to anyone, it only lets you place a order!! Icalled the customer support # I was on hold for 30 plus minutes until I hung up!! I ended up going to the store only to haveJennifer be very rude when I walked up to the counter before I even said a word!! Well I told her that my order was cancelled 8minutes from delivery, and of course I was charged and I wanted my money back!! She tells me that it wasn't them who cancelledthe order, to which I told her I don't care who cancelled you all took the money out of my account, so I want my money back!! (I had already called door dash customer service, who said I would have to speak with little Caesars) Well I told Jennifer Iwanted to speak to the owner or manager, she precedes to call somebody, ( who knows who that was) and tells me that I would berefunded my money in 7-10 business days!! And gives me a receipt that says void!! I told her that is NOT going to work, becauseyou didn't get YOUR money in 7-10 business days so I want my money back on my card today!!! Also she gives me receipt that hasvoid on it !! the receipt does not say or show my refund amount!!! Anyone can void a transaction!! Long story short I askedif this is store is corporate owned or a franchise, because I was contacting the corporate office one way or another!! By thetime I made it back to get in my car to leave my money was refunded back on my card!! I encourage anyone not to go to thatlittle Caesars and really any of them because if there is a issue you will never be able to speak to anyone in authority!! No HOT N READY for the 4th time visiting this store. THIS time, was the worst yet. There was a poorly written sign on the door... saying "Currently not taking orders due to short staff". See attached photo complete with store number in the Pic. I thoughtWOW, this is getting worse and worse every visit. So, I poked my head in the door and a surly, unkempt person who looked likethey hadn't maintained their hair or huge black beard for weeks, says loudly and abruptly "I'm not taking orders!". Well,alrighty then. On my way, I stopped at the Little Caesar's near HEB on Beechnut. No Hot N Ready's here either, but they kindlytook my order and said it would be 20 minutes. Went and picked up some items at HEB and my pizza was ready in 20 minutes. Whyare these stores advertising hot n ready if the never have any hot n ready??? Read more
