The food was delicious and our waiter was wonderful. I think his name was Denzel, I hope that’s right because he was great.... The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean and no one cleaned it theentire 2 hours we were there, we were seated by the bathroom. If your food establishment is going to have one community bathroomsomeone should be cleaning and sanitizing it every hour. But overall this is a great place to eat with excellent drinks. Food was great as will as the drinks. The hostess, manager and bus staff were great. The servers, while kind, are not very well... trained. At this price point I would expect better service. Things like having to ask for water refills multiple times, havingto sit without silverware until you can flag someone down when your entre is brought out. We had initial drink orders but werenot asked of we wanted refills (missed opportunity). All of this made the experience feel like a quick serve restaurant versusan upscale dining. I was really impressed with this restaurant! The subtle glamor, the inviting atmosphere, and the engaging staff are a first... class experience! There is plenty of seating amongst the 2 bars and the dining area, the menu is fairly extensive, and the foodand drinks are delicious! I had the pan seared salmon which was cooked excellently, and my friend had the crab salad (the flavorwas unbelievably incredible!) I will definitely be visiting again! Read more
Drinks were good. Hostess was Horrible. On 4/15 my friends (who live in gray house) and I went to the loch bar for drinks a... little before 8:00 pm. Delaney the hostess was maliciously demeaning, rude and provide poor service. The Former patrons offeredus their table and ask the waiter to clean it for us. Delaney walked up and told us a reservation was required and the tablewas taken. Delaney didn’t offer us the option to make a reservation, she only told us where we couldn’t sit. After findinga seat at the bar, I went back to Delaney to make a reservation where she told me the next available was 9:00 PM. We sat at thebar for approximately 1 hour and the table we wanted stayed vacant the entire time as well as other tables. Delaney wasblatantly disrespectful, condescending, purposely humiliating and provided the worst service I’ve ever received. She needssoft skill training or just hire better staff. From the time I walked in the door until I left 6 hrs later the service was impeccable. The hostess was gracious enough to move... my party to the bar area to enjoy the bar's happy hour. We enjoyed some delicious oysters on the half shell, cajun Cauliflower,deviled eggs and hushpuppies. There was a little too much truffle on the deviled eggs, everything else was delicious. Thedrinks were great. The three crush and a slush was definitely the way to go for me. The dessert trio was also very tasty. This will definitely added to my happy hour hot spot list. Read more
