While the food is very good, they got my order wrong, twice. The first time I went back and told them about the mistake they... made more errors. The last time I went they omitted the drink, extra side of guacamole, and Pico de Gallo. I will never returnnot recommend the place. Read more
Was picking up an online order and as I entered the restaurant no one was in sight so I did call the restaurant to let someone... know I was upfront. The man who answered the phone I told him politely that I was here to pick up an online order and told him Iwas upfront. The man thought I was saying that I was outside the restaurant he then told me in a rude way please come insidethank you and immediately hung up in my face. I called back and he let the fax machine answer. I then waited a couple of minutesand called back. When he answered I told him that I just called and he hung up in my face and I was trying to tell him that Iwas already inside the restaurant. I came to Los Reyes at 11pm on a Tuesday night with one other person. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like and had menus... brought to us right away. The customer service was top notch, two people waited on us. The food came out pretty quick and waspresented neatly. The food however, lacked in flavor. The refried beans tasted like they came out of a can and the tortillachips fresh out of a plastic bag from the grocery store. The rice tasted a bit stale like it had been cooked in the morning andwas sitting out all day. The fajita meat did taste nice though. Great atmosphere, has a real drive bat welcoming family type vibe. Drinks are great, strong and reasonably priced. Perfect place... for lunch after work or diner with family. I've had at least half of the items on the menu and they offer robust flavors and hitdifferent notes per each dish. Now the prices are not cheap, but they are not expensive either.
