I attempted to order a cake from this location. I called several times before anyone answered the phone. Finally someone... answered and they told me complete the order online. I asked if 2 days notice was enough time for a cake order and they saidyes. I also asked if online would allow me to create custom orders and they said yes. They ended the call and didn?t want totake the order over the phone. I attempted to order the cake online and I was not able to purchase any custom cakes or makechanges/substitutions to cakes on the site. I then went in person to this location and they told me it wasn?t enough time placea cake order. I explained that I called earlier and followed their instructions for online ordering and it didn?t work. Theydidn?t care and just said that I couldn?t place an order for a cake. TERRIBLE customer service. They didn?t offer any solutionor suggestions and took no accountability for their misinformation. It?s very dismissive to call and then just be told to do itonline and hung up on. I tried every way I could to order a cake and was denied in each way and lied to.
