Staff requested that I use automated machine to place order because they are busy in an authoritative way..and stay telling each... other how busy they are and complain. Otherwise food was ok...place to for as last resort... Read more
I went on a Monday and the drive through lady had a bad attitude. They told me they didnt have apple slices, then didnt even... give us fries in the kids meal. They said they didnt have halloween buckets but that theyd be in tomorrow. Friday I came backand still not buckets and they didnt even include toys (which is part of the price for the kids meal). Rough experience. We never get McDonalds, much less dine it, but thought it would be a nice treat for the kiddos since they?re... out of school this week. Bad choice. The girl at the counter, although very nice, had no clue how to ring up my order. She thencalled in a manager, who spoke no English. This isn?t a problem, since I also speak Spanish, be she too had trouble ringing upmy 2 orders for McGriddles meals. I ended up getting the right order, but paid for(and received) an extra hash brown and extracoffee. To top it off the faucet in the bathroom didn?t work.
