Went there this morning 10/20/22 ordered oatmeal and coffee. Received oatmeal half full/half empty. Staff at register explained... that?s how it is and offered to add WATER after I requested more oatmeal. Surely this is tedious but if you have a 12oz bowl(random number) why give me half the capacity? Reduce the bowl size (extreme) or give people what they pay for. The lady wasextremely rude. I asked for my money back, she stated I would have to wait for a manager. Rightfully so, I did. While waitingshe then switched to speaking Spanish to another woman stating that I shouldn?t have ordered it and basically expressing how Ican go somewhere else. I?m black but I comprehend Spanish i just don?t speak it. The manager came, slapped the money in my handand walked off.
