My order was correct but the lady that gave me my bag came to the window handed it to me said thank u and as I said ?ma?am... slammed the window. So I blew the horn to get her attention she looked at me like I was crazy and answered with an attitude. AllI wanted was a cup of ice so I asked for it she replied ?It?s a dollar? all fast and irritated! So I asked her was she okay andtold her she was rude. I drove off after that. Tried to order before I have to be at work at 6am and they did not have the machine ready to serve frappes, not only that but... they did not make the rest of my order correctly. I waited 14 minutes for a simple Big Mac meal, when there was only one order in front of me. I made a point to request -- three... times -- for no cheese on the Big Mac. Of course after 14 minutes, there was cheese on it. When I brought it up, no one paidattention to me, just taking it with no acknowledgement or apology. Nor did they even realize it needed to be fixed until I cameback after a few minutes to see they weren't paying attention to the issue. I was polite and even used my Spanish so breakthrough the barrier here. It was like I was inconveniencing them with my politeness and my making it clear three times withinstructions that a child could follow.
