I know it's a privilege for a company to offer free meals. Very disappointing to be told by the manager I wasn't a veteran on... Veteran's Day when I stopped at this location in Rice Village. I was in uniform, she asked for my ID and then proceeded to tellme I was not a Veteran according to McDonald's. Never had that happened especially in uniform. They are always pretty fast, especially the curbside it's one of the most efficient McDonald's I've been to. The fries tend to... always be warm and nice and I don't think I have even had a problem with the order even though my husband and I go there often. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Location was understaffed and under equipped. Long lines in the ordering area with no cashier... assigned to take their orders. Several people were returning to the pick up area to report missing or incorrect items in theirpicked up orders. My order took about 20-25 min to come out (so much for fast food) and was thankfully accurate, but whatevermeat they used to make the burgers was absolute trash. Parts of burgers were completely inedible and we threw them out. Read more
Ordered online for takeout, nice shade trees. Food runner was really running and was awesome enough to stop oncoming cars and... guide me out of my spot. He knows how hectic the lot gets obviously haha. Oh and get the app, free food is just heavenly. Read more
