Absolute chaos. I walked in and had to step around children crawling on the floor and the establishment packed with people and... children running amok from wall to wall. I arrived ON TIME to pick up an online order at 6:30 that was supposed to be ready at6:33. I stood there for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by someone just to be told it would be 15-20 minutes. Waitedabout 15 minutes and tried to check in the status and continued to be ignored. It was about 25-30 minutes after being told 15-20minutes and our pizzas hadn?t even been made yet. Completely unacceptable. At that point I asked for a refund and left. I?vebeen to many MOD Pizzas and it?s always a pleasant experience. I would never come back this location. Read more
The place was pretty empty for a mod pizza location, some table were dirty. The young person who handed and cooked my pizza did... not have gloves on, when I asked to add more pesto on my pie he covered the tip of the bottle with his finger with no gloves.Normally mod is pretty consistent.
