Cute, vibrant neighborhood restaurant! Atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The food is delicious and inventive! The offered libations... are pretty tasty as well! Our service had a bit of a hitch but it was made up for. The only reasons I gave four stars instead offive is because I think a few of the dishes are overpriced for the serving given and the parking is nonexistent. However, thereare dishes that are worth the price and I will try those out next time I visit. Highly recommend! Read more

One of the best dining experiences we?ve had in Houston so far. The restaurant is in a cute house in a very unassuming... neighborhood. Once you?re in, the friendly staff leads you to your table and from there you really can?t go wrong. We startedoff with some raw oysters which were amazing, followed by 2 appetizers and 2 entrees (all to share, which I recommend to do atthis restaurant). The spinach dip was probably the best spinach dip we?ve ever had and one of the entrees (the corned hash) wasa very cool twist to the classic Reuben sandwich. Ended the meal with a dark chocolate pie that was so rich with flavorful butnot overwhelming. All in all, you really can?t go wrong with what you order here. We already can?t wait to go again and trysome more off the menu. Read more

Went there because it was close to our accommodation, did. Not read the reviews and did not know what to expect... What a great... place. Super welcoming stuff, extremely knowledgeable about the food and drinks on the menu. The dishes were great, don't missthe tartare and the bone marrow! Vast selection of wine, whiskeys and cocktails. Decent selection of beers too. Loved it! Read more

Absolutely lives up to the hype. Both pasta dishes were so fresh, flavorful, and unique. I mean, I haven?t had anything this... good since I was last in the Bronx. Our spinach dip was great, and somehow stood out beyond spinach dip at any other restaurantwe?ve been to. Judging by just how good the focaccia bread was alone, I?m sure they just really pay attention to details. Bothof our two (maybe three ????) cocktails were well crafted and unique. And the pies. I mean. I rarely get dessert at arestaurant, but since we hear about it all the time we felt obligated to do it. I?m so glad. The chocolate pie thing wasn?toverly sweet or bitter - it was completelyyyyy unique and satisfying. If you?re into dark chocolate- that is for you. The keylime is classic and fabulous, but the crust is what makes it special. To top it all off- every single staff member that weinteracted with was warm and friendly. It?s the ultimate date night spot, or place to take your best friend who?s here from outof town. Read more

A fine dining experience in a small quaint tucked off area off Shepherd. The dishes were all good sharing portions, and the... service was quick and very attentive! There are some menu staples, but the menu is seasonal and based off of the goods they getfrom local produce and meat sellers! Got Nonna's pasta, the octopus, and bone marrow. Each dish was beautifully presented andhad so many different flavors in each bite. The infamous Dilly's pasta usually sells out pretty quickly, by 7 or 8 pm, so weweren't able to try it, but I hope to get to try it one day. Apparently they only make about 30 or so dishes of each menu itemdaily, so go earlier to guarantee a certain dish! if we had room, we would have tried a pie, but alas that has to wait for nexttime as well!
