I would give 0 stars if i could. I come often & I ordered a orange cream ice storm and it was horrible and the cream part had to... have been expired or something cause it was bitter and sour and nothing like what i had before. I didnt get any compensation forthis item they offered to remake the drink and even the remake wasnt good the baristas need proper training. Save your time andgo to Starbucks in macys or something they have great customer service and always makes drinks correctly. Read more

The customer service and the baristas here are horrible or always new. I didn?t want my bagel warmed up and the girl at the end... caught a attitude and said i didn?t have to buy anything from them if it was a problem . I asked for a manager and come to findout there wasn't any in the store at the time to even assist baristas its almost like they don?t have management to even careabout customers just the mean baristas . Dont come here save yourself peace of mind and head to starbucks like i did and mostlikely will continue to do after this experience. Read more

When I first started getting my coffee here it was decent, nothing insane or above par, but decent. Within the last few months... it's quality has declined greatly. I'm lactose intolerant and they gave me someone else's drink today...fairly certain the otherperson wasn't. ???? so I'm dealing with stomach discomfort and the "remade" drink is equally as flavorless. The newer staff andthe super high turn over rate should be enough of a clue but I kept coming back because there's 2 ppl that make the coffee andpresence worth coming by for and for those 2 ppl I'm grateful but perhaps for now I'll make my own.
