Very disappointed, went to the restaurant around 8:50 pm, they ran out of everything only a few options available. Restaurant... closes at 9:30 pm. My kids and i love panda express, but today i am really disappointed, chow main was more like chow cabbage you can not see any... complete noodles on it, i ordered Rangoons and they were hard not crispy like they been there to long. I came in asking for fresh vegetables for my toddlers meals and for myself because they?re not used to eating meats and fried... food. The workers told me the fresh vegetables would come out in 5 minutes. I said great! I would wait. And here comes the socalled manager,(Kevin was his name) I guess to feed his ego and ?high authority? of Panda Express saying the leftovers were fineand he wasn?t bringing any out until these were finished and gone. Mind you , these vegetables had no carrots, no zucchini, orstring beans. As they advertise and how it?s supposed to be made. These were leftovers that this manager insisted on giving myfamily and myself until they ?were done? Even though the workers were giving me fresh vegetables in 5 minutes. You can tell thismanager scares these poor kids working and feels superior of being ?King? of Panda Express to not let them serve us freshvegetables. Like who does this? The pictures speak for themselves. Customer Service was terrible. I arrived at 9:35pm and the door was locked. I knocked on the door, and the associates ignored... me. I looked on the internet and they said their closing time was 10 pm. The hours of operation were posted on the door whichconfirmed they closed at 10 pm. Finally, someone named Cruz came to the door and told me to go through the drive-thru eventhough he didn't even know if I had a car or not. They simply dismissed me, a potential customer.
