This may be my last time ordering from this location or maybe just papa johns all together! Papa johns was never like this! The... pizza is HORRIBLE I?ve received horrible service every single time. The staff is very rude & unprofessional it?s sad! Thegentleman working tonight was very rude on the phone. When I went to pick up he barley looked up & said hi he held his head downbecause he already knew he was wrong! First time to order from this Papa Johns and incredibly disappointed. I paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms, but there was... so little cheese it did not even make it to the edge of the pizza and there were very few mushrooms. I will not be a returningcustomer. MEH. Read more

Calling in takes forever to actually place an order. Press 2 for English, then press 3 for a new order? Why do I listen to... alllll of the menus to place an order? Rebuild the phone trees for ease of ordering. Ask if I want to hear the specials beforejust rapid firing them at me and asking if I want that.
