I called Papa John's closest to me and they told me did the Young. The closest to me and they were within one point eight miles... then they gave me another number I called lean made to order and when I went to the one closest to me to pick it up they said noyou didn't call us and then she turned around and left this Papa John's is at FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield I have never orderedfrom them and I can promise you I will never go to Papa John's I guess I have to go back to Pizza Hut Papa John's you know whatyou can do with your pizza right Read more

After three chances of getting bad orders I have decided to make this... review. 01/21/21 @12:10 p.m. I ordered a simple large pizza with pepperonis, mushrooms and black olives. I received a pizza withno pepperonis and simply just called back to tell them that my order was made wrong. The girl that claims to have made my ordersaid that she put pepperonis and they are under the cheese. I accepted hung up and examined the pizza. Of course there was nopepperonis under the cheese so I called back to let them know that somehow she had been mistaken. She claimed that I wasmistaking and told me she could have another pizza made and it would be at my house in less than an hour. I told her that shemade a mistake and did not put pepperoni and she snapped at me and said that she will refund my money and I will never be ableto order from that location again. ( I didn't get my money back)Which I told her you couldn't pay me to order at this locationagain. And I hung up beware people, it is not worth the disappointment on ordering a pizza at this location they will mess upyour evening. It is obvious that there are foolish people that are hired to work at this location. Read more

Second nightmare ordering from here... I ordered a pizza last night.. no calls. never showed up. Showed as delivered. The store... was closed when I called to ask what was going on at 1104pm. I call back today and they claim the driver was calling me andunable to find me and because of me not being available the driver had to pay for the pizza himself. (I selected pay withcash) I never had one call to my phone and nobody ever showed up. Then I finally get the manger to say theyll deliver thepizza to me for free of charge for the headache. Delivery driver shows up - He was not told the pizza was free for me. I callthe store back to ask what is going on.. They said I still have to pay for the pizza.
