Had dinner tonight with my fiancé at Pappasito's and it never fails to disappoint. I get the same half chicken/beef fajita... enchiladas and it was great, we also had the guacamole which was very flavorful and creamy. Matthew was a great server. Had asmall blip they accidentally brought me regular beef/chicken enchiladas, but the manager and staff handled it extremely wellupon notification. Tender, tasty, thumb-licking QUAIL, surrounded by Tex-Mex favorites and a "cold one" were the last, best meal I had in Houston... recently. As a sauce lover, I asked the manager for a "tasting" set-up. He was MORE than accommodating ... and YUMMY. Theirsauces are trade secrets, and worthy of keeping under lock and key!
