We ordered from here a few months ago and the pizza was burnt. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight... and this will be my last time. Our stuffed crust tastes like it isn?t cooked all the way and I paid extra for cheesy breadsticksand basically got regular breadsticks with a ton of seasoning on it, and barely any cheese. We can?t even eat the pizza becauseit tastes so bad. Such a waste of money, especially at a time like this. Read more
I am not buying pizza hut anymore. They probably wanted to go cheap and messed up with the classic pizza hut flavor. The dough... was bad and sweet, the tomato sauce was like water, and the cheese with the pepperoni were tasting awful...the whole pizza wentstraight to garbage since no one was in the mood to eat an unflavored pizza... horrible and unexpected experience ... I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and both were completely raw. I spoke to the store manager directly and all he said he could... do is return half my money. I told him no thanks and instead will never order Pizza hut again, what a terrible experience. Read more
This pizza but used to have really great service and the good pizza that Pizza Hut was once known for. I ordered a regular meat... lovers and was twice in the same night given an ungodly spicy pizza birth times! The second time I went to take the pizza back Ijust wanted my money back. The manager on duty stated that whoever prepped the dough put the spicy sauce on all the dough. FYIspicy food can be good but this sauce isn't, maybe more so because I didn't order it. This location is 10 times better than the Wilson location and never lets me down. But pizzahut why do I have to order at least... $11.99 worth of food on the PizzaHut app for my food to be delivered and your charging me a $4.99 delivery fee and a tip to thedriver. I ended up using Uber eats for the $6.99 pizza melt and after taxes and fees it rounded up to $13.99 which is the sameprice it would?ve on the pizzahut app if it allowed me to pay but nope my order wasn?t more than 11.99 so I couldn?t.
