Ordered pizza online it was supposed to be ready at 8:05 pm. I get to the store at 8:13 pm just for them to tell me that my... pizza was in the bottom and not cooking (basically they forgot about me).They told me to wait an additional 10 minutes and pullaround the drive through again. Now my wings that I also ordered are cold, and I?m missing Sunday Night Football. Verydisappointed on this trip to Pizza Hut. 34 dollar pie, and I gave them more than enough time. This location doesn?t respect mytime. They are less then a mile from my home but I will drive to another location next time. Read more
Lazy rude staff. I make so many orders at this location. They tried to give me cheesesticks that had half my usual amount of... cheese. I asked them to remake it. Instead I was told remaking it wouldn't make a difference. They seemed upset with me that Iasked them to remake them. They mocked me and the guy in the back joked about how long the manager worked there like because heworked their for 12 years I was wrong about how much cheese I usually get on my cheese sticks. I showed a picture from the pizzahut website asking him if they looked alike to him. He stated he could put them in separate boxes...I have no clue what that hadto do with the amount of cheese on the cheesesticks. I used to work at a pizza hut for 3 years and my manager at that time wouldhave never let those cheesesticks leave the building. Ordered pizza online to be picked up at the window and when I got there 2 other cars were ahead of me already there. Both you... could tell were in park which meant they had already been waiting. We waited 15 minutes just for the first car to get theirorder. The car in front of us it took no more than 2-3 minutes to get their order. When I got to the window we were out of therewithin 2-4 minutes as well. The staff was friendly but our pizza was cold and burnt. The crust had no taste at all aside frombeing burnt. When a car pulls up and the order is not ready they need to have that car pull to side so others can get theirorders that are ready. Will not be going back here. This used to be one of our go-to pizza spots because it is close to the house and the value was good for the food we received.... The last several visits have not been good ones. progressively getting worse with each order. With this last order, nearly halfof the order was missing and when I went back up to the restaurant to get the rest of the food I was offered a partial refund onthe order. Not only that, one of my pizzas was overcooked. This is not a good experience when you have family visiting and thereis not enough pizza for everyone. I am very disappointed with this experience.
