I would give this Pizza Hut location negative stars if I could. Just as other people have written we ordered delivery for a... stuffed crust pizza, we received our order but it wasn?t stuffed crust. I called to explain what happened and she immediatelywas defensive and offered to give me credit instead of the correct pizza that we paid for, although that?s what we continuouslyasked for, making it seem as if I was to blame for receiving something that we did not order. Customer service was terrible andshe said we?d receive our correct pizza back cold. At this point I asked for her name as well as the manager and she said hername was Stephanie if I wanted to complain on her, all non-chalant like, like she had no concern for the world and she said shewas the manager which couldn?t be! Avoid this location like the plague, they have no interest in doing the right thing andhelping you even though they messed up. This whole area/location should be SHUT DOWN it shouldn?t be so many of the SAMEconsecutive complaints over the last YEAR. I will be contacting the general manager as well as the store owner over thiscontinual manner it is a disgrace and ridiculous to be treated like the enemy when all you did was try to get the correct pizzathat you paid for with your own hard earned money! First let me say I love Pizza Hut. This is my third time purchasing pizza at this location. The first time I was told that they... were short staff so I send the pizza back for something else it still was poor tasting. 2months later I made another purchase.There were young people working that night, using their personal phone at the front register. Order your pizza in the evening. They have an awesome new delivery guy. His name is Christopher. My pizza arrived on time, all... in one piece and hot. He was very polite and friendly.
