Went inside to order 4 combo meals to go, the associate repeated the order and all seemed right. My number is called and was... handed 2 combo meals. I inquired about the rest and the cashier calls out that there was one more meal missing. I advised that Iordered 4 meals and she states that she only charged me for 3 meals. I pay for the 4th meal and there after I was handed to 2remaining meals. A few minutes go by before we begin consuming our meals, the fries were piping hot, however, one of my chickentenders was freshly cooked and the other was old and rubbery. I went here to get food for my birthday dinner being that I got off late and had to be up early for work the next day. When I... made it to the drive thru window a dirty looking guy with dusty hair told me I came late and that they are trying to close. Igot home with my food and the chicken was dry as if it sat out for hours and the biscuits were so hard you could tap them withyour knuckle and it sounded like your knocking on wood. The mac and cheese I ordered was instead coleslaw. I went back todaywhich is the next day and the manager Katherine told me I had to take a partial order because some pieces were bitten in a rudeway(how else would I know something is wrong with the food? SMH) and did not want to give me the name of the guy who I feel likegave me anything because they were trying to close to place complaint. These individuals are unprofessional, rude and don?t mindserving old food nor will they fix a mistake or issue on their part. DON?T EAT HERE. One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at a Popeyes. Chicken was overcooked, dry, and cold. One piece as shown in the... picture did not even have a single bite I could take out of it. Should?ve been thrown in the trash and never served. The insidekitchen floor had about a 1/4 inch of mop water spilled everywhere that the employees were just walking over. I should?ve knownbetter and walked. I hope the owner of this location reads this review and tightens his ship up. Read more
