Popeyes has gotten to expensive. The day we were there, my daughter and her children. A man was sitting in dining room I... noticed his shoes off. I told my daughter he has his shoes off she said I know. So we sat to eat about finished and heardcommotion at counter, the man had jumped behind the counter trying to get food. The staff tussled with the man he finallyjumped back over the counter and left out the place. I told my daughter that if he'd ask and I knew that he was homeless thatwe could've gave him our food because her kids did even eat after she bought it. So sad. This was by far the worst Popeyes drive-through experience I have ever had in my life. When I pulled up they were playing on the... intercom as I was trying to order my meal. Someone started talking over the person who was taking my order so they could jokewith the coworkers who were sitting outside at the drive-through menu. Once I was finally able to place my order my friend triedto place her order and she was placing her order they thought that it was funny to tell her that there was absolutely nothingthere that she was asking for. They kept telling her sorry we are poor we don?t have anything right now at that point we werejust so frustrated we just pulled off. Read more
Stopped in to pick up a quick lunch. Decided on the advertised shrimp they have been advertising. Would have been better if they... would have included ( Tarter Sauce or Cocktail Sauce ) but once again these stores just refuse to include any condiments. Iasked for ( Red beans & rice ) for my side item and since it is delivered from the corporate office to the store it's difficultto understand how they can mess up putting it in a pan and simply heating it up, but it was so watered down it just tasted likewatered down rice... Why these places can't understand that their prices are only a few dollars away from a sit down meal at arestaurant that could put them out of business. And the owners make NO EFFORTS to verify orders are complete and consistent. Read more
Just throw the whole Popeyes away. Terrible experience 1st visit. I go through drive-thru, when I pull up to the speaker no one... says anything. I know sometimes things are hectic so I wait patiently. After waiting for two minutes without so much as a "I'llbe right with you ", some says "hello"?. I respond, "yes ", and he replies with "yea go head witcho order". I guess he couldn'thear because after I told him what we wanted THREE times, my husband had to tell him again. We finally get to the window and hetells me they have no mild tenders. I asked him if they had other mild chicken, he then asked which one. I asked if I could justget a leg, wing, and thigh instead of tenders as I NEED MILD. he replies with: "you want that spicy or mild? ". Omfg. I alsoordered three large sides. The receipt showed that he took one off, I asked him was the mac n cheese still on the order he saidyes. I was asked to pull forward. The entire process in drive-thru was about 30min. This guy was either super high or justplain stupid. I finally get the order and NO MAC N CHEESE. I had to get out and go inside. Then I get home and the mac n cheeselooked as if they had just taken it out the container in the fridge somewhere. I live in the complex across the street so therewas no time for it to get cold. Went to this location with a co-worker. Chicken was the worst I've ever had from a Popeyes. So greasy the bag included. Placed... my order, a worker walked up begin to fix it screwed it all up I had two separate orders he mixed it up putting all chicken inone plate. I ordered red beans no rice. He put rice in it. Ordered biscuit/honey he left it out. What was the purpose ofplacing a order. Will never go to or recommend this location to any one. Read more
