So yesterday on 09/01/22 I went through the drive-thru and place my order. When I drove to the window, the little girl that was... serving me was very rude and had zero customer service skills. You didn?t see my order in the system ok? but accusing me of justdrive up to the window to place my order was crazy and talking rude to me when it was somebody in the damn restaurant fault wasmad disrespectful. WORST POPEYE?S ON EARTH! I placed my order online and was told that it would take 30 minutes because they were out of chicken! I... then asked for a refund and they said I?d have to do it online. So I said I?ll just wait for it. She then said okay please pullto the side and we?ll bring it out.
