Staff is nice but messed up my whole order even after repeating my order multiple times and during the early hours of lunch lol
I am frequent customer of this Potbelly location because it is close to my work, but unfortunately at least 2-3 times I have had... issues with the Orders. This last time I ordered through the Potbelly app, my food showed as "delivered" and I never got it, Icalled Potbelly to ask what happened and the employee who answered the phone named "Ash" was rude beginning to end of thecall....She told me they do not have a delivery guy and I had to call Doordash and figure it out myself with them. She argued itwas supposed to be delivered by a Doordash driver and that was not their problem....Rude staff and lack of customerservice...Will never order again from that location. Read more
I dont know who he was but he made me cry, I was in a traumatic car accident 2 years ago which paralyzed my left arm. I still... have responsibilities with my 6 year old daughter. I had never been underground before but riding the train coming from themedical center my baby was hungry and thirsty. So as any mom would do we were now on the hunt for food. The love of a goodsandwich is always our thing together so we went to Potbelly lol. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. We sat downand started eating, an employee came out to clean the tables asking if everything was ok. My daughter exchanged a polite yes sirto home and we went on about our meal. Here's the best part ever, as we were leaving he stopped and asked if she could have acookie. Of course as any kid she didn't turn that down but what he said to me as a trying mother with a disability not knowingwhats to come next, was that I did a good job with raising my daughter, keep up the good work????????????????????I thanked himas I held back my tears. Updated Feb 2020.. This place has totally turned around. Gave them another chance and the new tall manager is awesome. Have... sandwiches ready and what you ordered as well as on time now. On top of that he's super friendly. This location back on the listand up to par with other locations. Updated Jun 21: Another really bad experience.. ordered online with pickup showing 1110am;however, arrived 1115am to no food. One of my coworkers stood in line and got his sandwich before we received ours. THey thensaid sorry out of bigs multigrain so will make it on original so hadn't even attempted to make ore reach out to me via phone. We then waited another 20mins for our order only to find out after our 10 min walk back to the office they left 1 sandwich ofthe 4 out. Called to refund and they said they'd run it right over. Its now been 30mins since that call and still no sandwich. Unbelievably bad management/service at this location. Going to drive to the louisiana street one from nowon. ___________________________ Good food but service at this location is horribly slow.
