If this were a restaurant , they'd be out of business. Most of the employees , don't wish to be there . Horrible, customer service just told she was too busy to get me a membership. That she had lots to do for it. She Literally went... to the next person behind me and started helping him. Unprofessional hiring manager. Rude to the staff member that was helping me. Completly ignored her on his way in when she... requested help. Regardless if there was a mistake on the job post, regardless the position was filled or there was an error onhis end for not updating job availability status he should showed his face, handled the matter professionally. No wonder thislocation has such bad reviews. Starts at the top. Edit: They responded to my review to save face but 2 of my emails weren'tresponded to.
