The server is extremely rude and made sure you know it. We asked for extra cups for the sauce. She says the kitchen is too busy.... Another server got us new cups. She then came out and told us that they served us dirty cups. The bathroom is filthy and stinky,worse than a dumpster. Food is ok. Service is horrible. You would need to be for water. Came back to this restaurant after skipping it for quite a while. The foods particularly its signature 7 course beef is not as... before. I don't know why all the 4 and 5 stars. These reviewers must be new to town and never ate the original dishes when itfirst opened in Houston some 32 years ago. Still basically the same as before but the difference is the quality of the beef. The beef particularly the ungrounded ones were so tough and chewy it hurt my jaw. No I don't think my jaw got any weaker due toold age. They used cheaper beef and therefore tougher. The portions was cut back including the veggies & herbs. We had to askfor more, twice. They never had good ventilation since opening so expect the air to be filled with fumes and the floor to begreasy. Watch your step. Their restrooms always smelled for some reason. If you want better 7 course beef try Jasminerestaurant further down in the strip center before Beltway 8. The original owner went there and the food there are more on parwith Saigon Pagolac 30 years ago. Jasmine has live music on weekends. Read more
I expected a little bit better in terms of taste and cheaper. They have a large choice and the place is nice
Good place for all the spring roll, authentic vietnamese roll, grill whole fish, and 7 courses of beef. Food is fast, service is... awesome. Highly recommend for everyone Read more
