Normally I love Salata and order a salad for pick up using the app 2-3 times a week. Today I went in to get my order and it... wasn?t there. They confirmed they received my order and made it, but said someone else must have taken it. Their only solutionwas for me to order another salad and pay again. I typically visit this location because I work close by and I typically get a salad or a wrap after work on this particular day... August 10th a little bit before 7:00 p.m. I made an online order I don't know who was working that day but they were completelylazy when making my order and totally got my order wrong! Half of the things that I ordered weren't even in my salad and what Idid order there was hardly anything in my salad! It looked like there was only spinach and kale and NO toppings! I normally go to the one on West Gray but since this one was closer I decided to try it. That was my mistake. I got the big... salad I asked for double chipotle chicken which I pay extra for she barely put any on my salad. Everything that I asked her toadd she was adding small portions of it. I normally pay 20 plus for a salad. I always get the big one and it last me 2 days.The salad that I got from there I ate in one setting which is sad because it was a big salad.
