Cashier forgot to give us our debit card back!! Went to the drive thru around noon on Sunday, not busy at all. Paid for order,... lady handed us our bags and my husband kindly asked her extra sugar/creamer. A few hours into the day, trying to make amother's days purchase, we didn't have our debit card. I called the place to see if perhaps they had it. The lady and I had thehardest time communicating the details of the card. I live on the opposite side of town so I drove back to luckily retrieve mycard. I seriously hope none of the works wrote down our info. Insanely irresponsible to forget to give a customer back theirform of payment. *EDIT/UPDATE - I contacted for a manager in the morning. I explained my concern to which she expressed noapologies or concern. I was passed to another girl who stated the managers English isn't good. The younger girl I spoke withalso showed no concern and made it to be my fault for forgetting our card. She even asked me "so what are you calling forthen?".. Extremely disappointed with the service.
