My family and I use to love going to this location spending my hard earned dollars. The then store manager Erica gave great... convo and the smoothies tasted like they were made with love. So it was no issue going 4-5 times out the week . But now it?stotally different, the shakes are disgusting and the workers aren?t polite. The last smoothie my husband and I purchased tastedlike chalk . I was very upset to have wasted 25 dollars on nothing .Please being Erica back this is ridiculous!! Read more
I own and operate a group home for the disabled. One of my tenants gets a smoothie here every day and we adore the staff at... this location. Being a regular, they always remember our names and greet us with the utmost hospitality. Even when they'reextremely busy with twenty people in the store, we are greeted with smiles and pleasantries every time. Out of over 500 ordersin the last 18 months, only 2-3 smoothies had to be remade and that was likely due to the new employees who were inexperienced. Seeing as how they are doing the job of a bartender for fresh fruits, protein powders, and juices, I can understand if there isa learning curve to the elaborate and complex orders that they often receive. I would most certainly recommend this location ifyou're in the mood for a freshly prepared, healthy, and tasty beverage option. Read more
Good place for healthy drinks and great service
You walk in and it just feels uncomfortable. I wasn't greeted in fact the two male workers there never said anything and I had... to guess where and when I pick up my smoothie because they just sat it on counter like I'm the only one that might have orderedonline like I don't know this locations is not great I will go to the cypress wood location they are amazing I would even go tothe smoothie king off of veterans memorial and wait a long time because at least their customer service makes you at leastacknowledged. The owner reached out to me and this was what changed my one star review to a 5 star. The time it took to resolvean issue was among the best I've encountered and yes this I'm sure is my new favorite smoothie king. Upon my next visitdifferent employee and yes they said hello to me and it did not feel as gloomy as first time this time made me feel like anactual customer. This location I've been to... multiple times and the staff is always friendly, especially the young man on Saturday mornings.
